Oliver made some excellent Zucchini Rice this evening with the help of a YouTube cook. Also featured at his right hand is a chicken and potato Korma. Inspiration was provided by Stephanie whose subscription to "Bountiful Baskets" this week yielded several fresh Zucchini.
