I certainly gained a testimony the first time around that Mom and Dad served a mission about the blessings that the Lord pours out on our family - I got my Josh then, and am even more grateful for their willingness to serve the Lord again. Admittedly, I am sad to let them go, but the Lord has assured us already that He is mindful of our little family. Of no coincidence, on the day that the folks entered the MTC, Josh finally got a job offer! We have been looking for another job for several months to better support our family. In two weeks (just as Mom and Dad will be going to Kyiv) Josh will be starting work at an urgent care clinic meaning more money and more time home!
I know more of us have been experiencing an increase in long waited for blessings and I will dully give credit to the sacrifice and service that brings increased blessings through missionary work.
